Free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address. We pack orders carefully and send tracking as soon as your package is on the way.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when it is available from the carrier.
Split shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package if items ship from different fulfillment points or at different times. Each shipment may have its own tracking number.
Issues & delays
If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email support@embrcoffee.com with your order number and we will help.
