Shipping Policy

Clear policies for shipping, returns, support, and your coffee ritual.

At EMBR°, every order is processed with care and shipped with tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Typical delivery estimate:
United States: 5–12 business days after shipment

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual amount of time, contact us at support@embrcoffee.com. We will help investigate the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and help make it right.
