Returns & Refunds

Clear policies for shipping, returns, support, and your coffee ritual.

We want your EMBR° objects to feel right in your setup. If something does not work for your ritual, contact us and we will help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused or lightly inspected
- in its original condition
- in the original packaging when possible
- not damaged by misuse

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
- items damaged by misuse
- items returned without approval
- final sale items, if clearly marked
- gift cards

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@embrcoffee.com with:
- your order number
- the item you want to return
- the reason for return

If your return is approved, we will send instructions for where to send the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.
